North East Open Studios 2025

Creativity. Adventure. Unexpected discoveries.
Mark your calendars for 13–21 September 2025 — North East Open Studios is back!

Over nine inspiring days, hundreds of artists and makers across the North East of Scotland will fling open their studio doors and invite you in. Wander into creative spaces tucked into villages, coastal towns, city streets and rural barns. Meet the makers, explore the tools and techniques behind the art, and uncover everything from paintings, ceramics and textiles to glass, jewellery, sculpture, woodwork and more.

This isn’t a gallery visit. It’s a creative road trip.

Follow our bright yellow signs, grab your NEOS book, and create your own trail through one of Scotland’s most vibrant artistic communities. Whether you’re hunting for original work, learning something new, or just love a good studio nosy – you’re welcome.
