Registration for North East Open Studios 2025 closes at midnight on 31 March. This is a firm deadline and late applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.
If you are planning to take part, please complete your registration and payment now. Leaving it until the final day risks disappointment, as we may not have time to resolve issues such as incorrect details or missing payments.

We are a small, volunteer-run committee working to clarify all processes, including eligibility for constituted groups and timing around applications. We understand some of the rules and guidelines have not always been obvious to find or easily accessible. We are working on this but it takes time. |

New Code of Conduct for Members and Committee |
North East Open Studios is a collaborative, respectful event run by volunteers. To support this, we have introduced a formal Code of Conduct which applies to all members and the committee:
|
- All participants are expected to communicate with professionalism and courtesy.
- Rudeness or disrespect towards committee members or fellow participants will not be tolerated.
- The only reason an application may be affected is if there is a breach of this Code of Conduct.

Social Media - Get Involved Early to Be Seen. |

This year’s social media campaign will be visually and structurally different from previous years. |
To be included in promotional features and receive more exposure:
|
- You will need to participate in the planned campaign.
- A call to action will follow via email once registration has closed.
We strongly encourage all members to take part in this updated and more strategic promotional effort. Joining in early is part of fostering collaboration and networking within this great creative community we have. If you ask to join three days before North East Open Studios opens, or during the event, you will be disappointed.
