Artist statement

Beachwood Photography are a couple of photographers based in Whitehills taking photographs of the North Aberdeenshire and Moray coastlines and countryside. They produce high quality giclée prints in-house, and hand-bound photobooks and notebooks which they will be exhibiting during NEOS 2025. Exhibiting with Watergaw Ceramics and Emma Rodenhurst Grant.

Extended Bio

Beachwood Photography are based in Whitehills having relocated from south-east England in 2024. Richard and Bridget have been keen photographers for many years mainly shooting landscape and seascapes (plus their cats). While in the south they regularly participated in their then local Open Studios event, exhibited in group and solo exhibitions, and produced publicity and cover work for a number of music artists. Their photographic work is produced in-house on a high quality ink-jet printer and presented either as prints or in hand-bound photobooks of various designs. Both prints and books will be exhibited during NEOS2025.
