Artist statement
Dramatic Scottish scenery with its ever changing moods and colours inspires my watercolour paintings. Come to my studio to see the selection of new paintings, cards, prints, & textiles. My preferred medium is watercolour followed by textile and silk painting. A student of all things creative I love to inspire others on their creative journey.
Extended Bio
Born and bred in Angus, I lived in the Highlands for over 30 years before beginning my adventure in Aberdeenshire in 2022. My art skills were developed over years while practising as a registered nurse.
The stunning Scottish landscape and its ever changing moods and colours inspires me to paint using the magic of watercolours.
