Artist statement
I continue to work on images that try to capture something of the wild elemental forces in our Scottish landscapes. I try and express some of this energy through colour, tone and brush marks.
I will also have on display Celtic jewellery and highly detailed historic miniatures. Sharing the venue will be Linda Watson photography and Alan Baillie Silversmith.
Extended Bio
This year I continue to work on images that capture something of the wild elemental forces in our Scottish landscapes. I work in oils to express some of this energy through colour, tone and bold brush marks. I have also recently enjoyed rediscovering the discipline of life drawing.
