Artist statement
In my mixed media textiles, I merge traditional and digital techniques with contemporary themes. Using natural dyes, eco-inks and sustainable materials. I create colourful patterns, collages and quirky illustrations that tell stories.
My silk scarves, banners and knits draw inspiration from botanical objects, exotic animals and imaginative worlds.
Extended Bio
A graduate of Central Saint Martins where she studied material futures and developed collections of pop-up wallpapers and kinetic surfaces. She has innovative ideas and possesses an individual and imaginative use of colour. This is translated into her collections of scarves, banners and home accessories.
She is also the owner of Colour Story Creations, where she conducts arts, craft and design workshops for all ages.
