Artist statement
I’ve been making jewellery since 2016 combining my skills as a graphic designer with inspiration from 1950s architecture, fabric and furniture design creating geometric shapes and tactile textures. I’m a proud 2025 INKer with Vanilla Ink jewellery studios in Glasgow affiliated to the Smiddy in Banff.

Extended Bio
A career long graphic designer, I retrained in 2014 in silversmithing and jewellery design. Since then I have been creating bespoke pieces and small collections predominantly in silver inspired by 1950s and 60s architecture, fabric and furniture design - lots of geometric shapes and tactile textures. This year I was awarded Creative Scotland funding to complete the Inkubator program at Vanilla Ink Jewellery Studios in Glasgow (affiliated to The Smiddy in Banff) learning incredible goldsmithing and valuable business skills with a wonderful cohort.
