Artist statement

I am a shearer who specialises in small flocks and rare breed sheep from local smallholders. The fleeces are the raw materials for my wet felted rugs and pet beds. The rugs look like traditional sheepskins but are 100% wool, made by hand using soap and water. They are sustainable, eco-friendly and the sheep produce a fleece the following year.
